Dan Fogelberg（丹·佛格柏），美国歌手，1951年8月13日生于伊利诺州，音乐类型横跨民谣、流行、欧洲古典音乐、爵士乐以及蓝草音乐。Dan Fogelberg以《Longer》一曲享誉全球，以他轻柔的歌喉、清澈的吉他声及动人的词句使他拥有“民谣诗人”的美称。十四岁开始学习钢琴，后来又进一步学习吉他和作曲，为了往歌唱圈发展，Dan Fogelberg伯毅然放弃伊利诺大学艺术系学士学位，开始他的歌唱事业，移居加州，追随Van Morrison到各地参加巡回演唱会。1973年与哥伦比亚唱片公司签约，发行的第一张专辑《Home Free》成绩并不理想。随后转加入Epic唱片公司，第二张专辑《Souvenirs》于1975年推出后，佳评如潮，不但获得乐评家的赞赏，也获得商业上的成功，得到专辑排行第十七名。Dan Fogelberg挤身进入美国知名作曲家兼歌手的行列。他歌唱生涯在商业上最成功的一张专辑则是于1980年推出的《Phoenix》获得第三名，并成功打入英国排行，至今仍让人津津乐道的抒情佳作《Longer》也获得亚军好成绩。
